My daughter moved to another state mid year
My daughter moved from Arizona to Utah in September and only made $200 on a W2 in Arizona. Do I need to file in both Arizona and Utah?

No. She is not required to file in AZ if she only earned $200. For Utah, she might have to file a Part-year resident return for that state if she is required to file a Federal income tax return. http://incometax.utah.gov/instructions/who-must-file
