My daughter is already claimed on someones taxes and I need it removed

removed from your return? delete the dependent

from the other person's return? not possible even if you talk to the IRS (the IRS won't even tell you who the other person was)

in the latter case you'll have to paper file

the IRS will send both of you a letter requesting you to amend.  iif you correct that you are the person who's entitled to claim do nothing.  

if the other person also does nothing the IRS sends a second letter to each  asking for proof.

the letter will list documents that can be used.
