My daughter is 24 and made $4300 in 2017. We provide well over 1/2 support and she is a full-time grad student. TurboTax says she is not a dependent? Is this correct?

Yes, this is correct.  In order to claim her as a dependent, as a full-time student, she would have had to be UNDER 24 (meaning 23 or younger) at the end of 2017.

Thank you.  So, that means she can choose "No one else can claim me" on her return, right?

One more question if you don't mind? I would assume that also means that anything I spent (e.g. tuition or books that I paid), I cannot claim, right?
