My daughter is 19 a full time college student and is working full time and is living with me. She has made about 20000 for the year.

Can I still claim her as a dependent since she made so much or can I just claim EITC on her

My daughter is 19 a full time college student and is working full time and is living with me. She has made about 20000 for the year.

You can claim her as a dependent so long as she did not provide more than 1/2 of her own support.
