My daughter got divorced and she and Grand daughter moved in. We provide 100% care. My daughter isnt working but attending college full time. Can they both be claimed?

Yes, if they meet the requirement to be your dependent then you can claim them. TurboTax will walk you through questions to determine if they can be your dependents. Your daughter will have to meet the requirement under "Qualifying relative" (assuming she is over 24) and your granddaughter will have to meet the requirements under "Qualifying child".
