My daughter did not have a job in 2023 but a loan company is asking wages to income form?

Not sure exactly what you are trying to do.   If your daughter did not have a job, then she has no earned income to enter on a 2023 tax return.   Did she have any other kind of income---like Social Security benefits?   If she had no income at all for 2023 then she needs to tell the lender that she had no income.
