My daughter and wife had ITIN numbers, but this year they got new SSNs. When I filed this year tax, it gets rejected. Can you please help?

You need to use the SSNs and not the ITINs.  If you did this and there was a reject, what did the reject say?

Use the SSNs and file by mail.  You can't e-file this year.

Separately, you need to send the IRS a letter telling them about the new SSNs so they can associate the two sets of tax records.  Use the procedure in FAQ #12 at this link. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/itin-expiration-faqs

Next year you should be able to e-file normally.

To the address specified in faq #12 at that link.  You need to include a copy of the ssn notice I think.
