My date of birth was issued in error on my past taxes. it was registered at 5/2/64 and should have been 5/2/64. is it possible t correct it and efile?

You've entered the same birth date twice here so it's not possible to know what the error was.   You can change it in the return by going back to My Information and making the change.  It's possible you may still not be able to e-file as the rest of your question is confusing.  It's unclear what you meant by issued and registered.  If the Social Security Administration has it wrong, you'd have to correct it with them, and the IRS data base won't be updated this year.
