As Vanessa said above, if your return is being rejected on e-file because the IRS has a different date of birth for you, you will have to print and mail your return. This bypasses the e-file processing which is rejecting your return.
Also, check with the Social Security Administration to see what birth date they have on file for you, because this is where the IRS gets its information.
