Call then visit your county Surrogate's Court. They will give you authorization to settle his affairs, or tell you to wait until August.

Has an Executor been appointed for his Estate, and/or as your guardian? With whom do you live now?

I'm responsible for all of his things but I'm not sure I'd there is one and I have a legal gaurdian that wants me to have it
