My dad claimed head of hsehold in 2020 for me, my wife

Where?  Head of Household for you on your return or on his return and claimed you as a dependent?  Did he use Turbo Tax?  Turbo Tax won't let you claim Head of Household if you are married.

My dad used turbo tax and he claimed head of household using me, my wife and dau as dependents.  The 3 of us had zero income.

This yr we have income so we are filling married.  If he puts down he received $1800 on his tax return and then receives the balance that is fine.  But if we say we received zero and get the full amount that would be double pmts.
