My credit karma account says my identity can't be verified and the tax filer must be the same as the owner of the credit karma account. Problem is that all info matches!

having the same issues, everything is correct. turbo tax says contact credit karma and ck says contact tt. no one has an actual clue how to troubleshoot.

You may need to contact them directly here, so one of their agents can verify your account. If you have a joint Turbo Tax account, the main account holder should be who is on your Credit Karma account. @dustin-marie
