My computer crashed this month; I already purchased Deluxe & paid; can I get it now?

My computer crashed 2/2018.  I have begun again my tax return.  Got to necessary  1099B.  Before crash, I purchased Deluxe and paid for it.  Can you please add Deluxe (pd $30.00 about) to my TurboTax setup so that I can continue.  Have Basic need paid for Deluxe to my Basic.
