Remember that if you use the desktop version of Turbotax installed on your own computer, only you have copies of your tax returns (tax data files and/or PDFs) and you are responsible for backups and security.  You can re-download the applications you previously purchased, but Turbotax does not have your tax returns.

In addition to losing my files for 2018 and 2019, I purchased The 2020 version and cannot find the CD and the download I tried to transfer to my new computer did not load correctly and I cannot find the exe file to reload it.  Please help.  I have used Turbotax for years and have an automatic renewal arrangement.

If you have purchased this through Turbo Tax on the auto renewal program, please click here to contact customer service so they can push a new download out to you.

I had my computer repaired and lost my 2020 business and Individual turbo tax. Is there a way to restore them? I have the license numbers for both.
