My Colorado tax return says it has not been received and I'm not sure if I have to mail it to them and if I do then how because you all are the ones that I filed my taxes

If I do need to mail it in physically and cannot e-file it then can you give me the address and let me know where to send it to and do I print it off of your app?

Can you please clarify if you tried to e-file and it hasn't been accepted or was it rejected when you tried to e-file?
