My college student daughter (age 19) is a resident of another state...and I fully support her ...can I still claim her as a "dependent" for tax purposes??

Yes, you can claim her as a dependent if she did not provide more than half of her own support in 2018. She does not have to live with you.

Time away at college (even for the full year) is counted as time living with you.
