My children receive disability due to their father being disabled. It is deducted from my child support. Do I claim this as unearned income?

No.  You do NOT enter anything on your tax return in regards to the Social Security benefits received by the children.

No you do not report the disability benefits your children receive as income on your own tax return.  Someday if they have jobs or other income they will enter it on their own returns.
