Probably not.  Firstly, being disabled only adds tax benefits once a child is 13 or older, if you need to provide day care because they are unable to care for themselves.  Secondly, disabled for tax purposes means unable to perform gainful work.  Without more information, I suspect your child is quite capable in many ways and will be capable of working once she grows up.
