My CD is not working. I have the 2018 Home & Business am I able to do it online?

If you have the CD version, then you are going to want to get a copy of the downloaded program from support if the CD is not working. If you try to use the online version, then you will get charged again for it. You can contact phone support through this link here and they should be able to provide you a download of the CD version if they can verify your CD.
