My CA Form 1099G does not match the TurboTax form

I got a 1099G for California Paid Family Leave.  The form has info in Boxes 1 and 4, and below box 2 and 3.  The box below box 2 has an entry "PFL Payments $XXXX" that matches the dollar amount in box 1.  The TurboTax product asks for entries from Box 2, Business or Farm Refund, Box 5 Reemployment Trade Adjustment Assistance Payments, Box 6 Taxable Grants, Box 7 Agriculture Payments, Box 9 Market Gain on CCC Loans

Boxes 5, 6, 7, and 9 are not applicable because my form 1099G doesn't have those boxes.
I don't know if the Family Leave amount belongs in Box 6 Taxable Grants because it doesn't exceed the threshold for families that had incomes of less than $150,000.

You should only enter information into the boxes that match the boxes on the form that you received.  Leave any other boxes blank.
