Which tax refund, federal or state?

 

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If you have Not received the federal tax refund and it has been issued by the IRS, did you request to have the TurboTax account fees paid by the federal tax refund?

My bank only received one of my returns not both. How can I rectify this?

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.  You have not mentioned which one you received in your bank account.  Which one are you still waiting for?

 

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

 

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
