My bank acoount number is not accurate

The tool is not letting me change this old bank account number.

When you get to the end under the File tab:

• Click on Start (or Revisit if you've already clicked it) next to Step 2
• You should see In my bank account. Select this option
• Your old bank account info will show up. There will be a little box that states "I want my refund in this account" PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS BOX IS UNCHECKED
• Click Continue and then the next page will allow you to enter in your new bank account information

Do not use Internet Explorer as it is causing some trouble.The routing and bank account numbers have to meet certain standards. If the account number is not being accepted, please re-check your bank account number for routing purposes. Sometimes a bank will use a briefer set internally.

For example: at my credit union, I only use 4 digits but for deposit purposes, it is a much longer number. 

If it is still failing to accept, it could be a stuck something. You may need to clear cookies and cache.Here is how:
