My AGI says on line 7 says -6324. is that what I put in? with the minus?

Line 7 of what form? On Form 1040 your AGI is on line 8b. There is no line 7. There are lines 7a and 7b, but they are not your AGI.

You don't enter your AGI. TurboTax calculates it. It is possible to have a negative AGI, but it's rare.

Your 2018 AGI is on line 7. Don't know what you do with a negative amount.  Why is it negative?

You can enter a negative 2018 AGI for e-filing your 2019 tax return. So if your AGI on line 7 of your 2018 Form 1040 is -6324, then yes, that's what you should enter when TurboTax asks for last year's AGI. Enter it just like that, with the minus sign.
