My address on my declaration is where I live overseas. My credit card has a U.S. mailing address, so my payment to Turbotax isn't going through. What can I do to fix this?

Go back to your Personal Information:

1.Change your overseas address to the U. S. billing address 

2.Put in your credit card. (It should go through now).

3.Go back to the Personal Information--change the address back to the overseas address.

This will work for you now.
