My activation code for Turbotax Deluxe Online 2022 does not work, it is supposed to expire on August 31, 2024. Please help.

There are no activation or license codes for the TurboTax online web based editions.  A license code is only required for a TurboTax desktop CD/Download edition installed on a personal computer.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2023 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

The activation code does not expire.  Have you already installed it 5 times?  And you must mean the Desktop program (not Online).  Call in.   How to contact Turbo Tax

Thanks. The code is for 2022 Deluxe online version (No installation required) which I bought from Shoppers. I called the 800 customer service number, just the robot no live agent. It says “Something is not right, try re-entering your code”

@tiexiaozheng As we have previously stated, there is no license or activation code for the TurboTax online web based editions, never has been.

The Online version does not have or need a code.  Are you in Canada?  And to do a prior year return like 2022 you HAVE to install and use the Desktop program with a License Code.  Online is only good for 2023.
