My account name is the last tax return I did - not my name? Why?

Why is my account  name listed as the last person I did taxes for and not me?

Because, with the online version one account, one return. If you completed a 2nd return on the same account, then the previous return was overwritten and deleted. There is no possible way to recover it. It's just gone.

You can create up to 5 account per e-mail address. To do that, simply log out of the account you are using "right now" and click the "create account" link under the password field.
