My 21 year old son lived with us all year and made more than 4500.00 can i claim him as a dependant. we paid more than half of his living expense

Since he was not a full time student over the age of 18 and under the age of 24, has gross income in 2018 of $4,150 or more then no one can claim him as a dependent
