There is an update to the software coming for certain Kansas e-filers on April 2nd. You should have received an e-mail when the rejection occurred, but if not, and there were no other issues with your return, on or after April 2nd, please update your software (or clear cache and cookies if using TurboTax Online), double check your return, including credits if applicable, and try to e-file again.
Same happened to me - I'll try again on April 2.
