My 2018 TurboTax disc won't allow me to open it again to complete my VA income taxes. How do I open it? Please help ASAP

When you first started TurboTax it should have downloaded the program to the computer and the disk is no longer needed unless you are using a different computer.

Go to applications or programs on the computer and see if TurboTax is there.
