My 2018 tax return was rejected, how can I re-submit them with the correct changed in the turbo app?

2018 can't be efiled. did you do your return on line using the current app which is only for 2019? then you must use desktop software, pc or mac, and redo your return from scratch.

If my original e-filed return was rejected and I used a credit card to pay what I owe, was the card charged or do I need to resubmit after I fix the error???
