My 2018 IT 40 Schedule 7 states that I died in 2018, along with my spouse. I am not dead, nor am I married. How do I correct this?

Most likely those questions were accidentally answered when you entered your personal information into the program as you proceeded through the interview screens.  In turn, that erroneous information got transferred to your state return.

To edit your Personal Info:

1. Open your tax return.
2. Click on “Take me to my return” button.
3. Click on “My Info” (left-hand column).
4. Edit your information.
