My 2017 taxes was rejected twice due to wrong SSN i fixed it in refiled it will this take longer for me to receive it now

No, it shouldn't take you longer to receive your Refund just because your Tax Return was previously Rejected. 

The IRS estimates that most refunds are issued within 21 days once your tax return is E-filed and Accepted. 

To check the status of your federal tax refund, go to Where's My Refund? at IRS.gov.
