It looks like gifts and donations to charity are 0 (zero), state and local income or sales taxes 0 (zero), why is this?
However, it tells me that I am getting the standard deduction? Almost every year i have been able to deduct home rental expenses, but this year it does not seem to be the case?

The Standard deduction has almost doubled for tax year 2018 (as part of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act), so many Taxpayers that were used to Itemizing will not see the deductions they have been accustomed to seeing, such as home mortgage interest, property tax, medical expenses, and charitable contributions.
If you rent out a home, (you are the owner) you can still deduct those expenses (such as the interest on the mortgage and property taxes on the rental) since those expenses are reported on Schedule E and are subtracted from your rental income.
