No, you do not report your son's income on your tax return. You can still claim him as a dependent.

If his income on his W-2 is less than $12,000, he is not required to file a tax return. However, if he has taxes withheld, he should file his own tax return to claim a refund of these taxes withheld.

He must indicate in the My Info section of TurboTax that he can be claimed as a dependent by someone else.
