My 15yr old son is a dependant; says he qualifies for child tax credit, then says he is disqualified with no explanation. This has never happened. Why disqualified?

I had the same issue. I erased my dependant and added them back. Then it worked. Not sure why it is glitching.

Check the age that you entered.

Try deleting the dependent and re-enter. Be sure to answer NO to the support question - he does not support himself.

Thank you! I read your email when I woke up this morning and went straight to the computer. I erased my son, added him back, and low and behold, my refund increased. Bless you!
