My 1099-MISC has an expenses amount for "Other Deductions." Where should that amount go? I don't see a field for it under the "expenses" section.

No, it's actually for a schedule E royality

Ok on line 19 (of the Sch E) in the Forms mode (upper right) you can click on Sch E (from the left side of the screen) and enter them right there.

Or you can go through the step by step and enter it after the expenses, there are Misc expenses.
