My 1099-INT does not have a Federal Identification Number. What should I put for this field?

Did you download the 1099-Int?  Try deleting the 1099-Int and re-enter the information by hand without an EIN.

• Down the left side of the screen, click Federal.
• Across the top of the screen, click Income & expenses.
• Scroll down to 1099-Int.
• Click on Edit / Add to the right.
• At the screen Here’s your 1099-Int info, click the trashcan to delete the incorrect 1099-Int.
• At the screen Did you receive any interest income click Yes to the right of the 1099-Int to be edited.
• At the screen Let’s import your tax info, click on I’ll type it in myself.
• Enter the correct information.
