When you are entering your W-2 Boxes 18 - 20, you should see the option to Add Another Row under where you enter your information.  You can then enter as many entries as are on your W-2.

I have two sets of different numbers in boxes 18-20, so I added another row. I’m trying to e-file but it says I have to file by mail. I clicked “file by mail” and it takes me to fix the “error.” It doesn’t let me get past to finish my return.

You are able to add additional rows of W-2 boxes 18-20 for Local taxes by clicking Add another locality.

You may be seeing e-file errors if one or more boxes have not been entered.

Make sure that all four boxes have entries.

In some cases,  you need to delete the row and re-enter the data.  There may be loose or blank characters that are interfering with the e-file.
