Moved from GA to KY on 1/3/18. GA and KY State wages in box 16 exceed my federal wages. How do i get credit from one of the states so not taxed twice on same amounts?

It appears that the wages in question are related to a bonus earned in previous years but not paid until the end of January.  The amount of the bonus is included in both my GA and KY wages.  We are paid only monthly so bonus and monthly wages were not paid until last week of january.  I actually moved from GA to KY effective 1/1/18.

The most accurate way is to file a Georgia nonresident return and a KY full-year resident return.  While it is true that KY also taxes the income, they will give you a credit for the tax you pay to Georgia on the same income.  This should produce a refund for the majority of what was withheld.  It will also allow you to claim any credits available to you that are available only to KY full-year residents.
