I have W2 Income and file a schedule C. Can I deduct the portion of my health insurance premiums that I pay through my employer?

Most premiums are paid with pre-tax dollars, which means they are deducted from your wages before taxes are applied. Deducting them again as a self-employment expense would be "double-dipping." If you pay with after-tax dollars through your employer,then you may deduct on Schedule A since it is a personal, not business expense.
