Money paid to you

I paid you $302 for the 2022 tax return I did, and it was refused right away. I asked for help that I paid for and really got none. Had I known this I would have never added the extra fees and certainly will think twice when I start my taxes for 2023.

Why was the tax return rejected? What was the message you receive? If rejected by the IRS then you received an email from TurboTax which will have a rejection code. What is the code?
