Michigan schedule w is not showing a page 2. It's only giving me page 1 of 2.

This form may be filed without page 2 if you are not claimigng Flow Through Withholding in Table 3.

Is there a reason this page isn't included even when I'm saving a PDF for "Tax Return, All Calculation worksheets"?  It also doesn't print when I specifically attempt to print just Schedule W.  Page 2 line 7 of Schedule W is referenced on line 29 of the MI-1040.  So, I would like to be able to flip to that page to verify the right value was transferred to the MI-1040, and I can't seem to find a way to save a copy for my records that includes that page.

Update: As a workaround, I've found if I override the value in line 6 (which is blank) and put a 0 in it, this allows me to print the page for my records.
