Using take me through everything. Problems was in screen rendering. Screen graphics need to be set to Windows native mode. (Disable gaming optimization if on.) Also program must be started in Admin mode to enable TurboTax to make changes. This was default mode for my userid, but TurboTax required explicit start in Admin mode.
You may need to do a manual update.

Clearing all browser (Chrome & Edge) data & installing manual update did NOT solve the menu failure problem. When clicking on UPDATE in income screen menu the program FAILS to call up the 1099-INT form from the library. Am working on up to date Windows 11 machine with Chrome (& Edge) set as the default browser. THIS FAILURE MAKES TURBOTAX DESKTOP UNUSABLE
Please clarify if you are choosing "Walk me through everything" to navigate through your income entries. Or are you using "I'll choose what I work on"? Have you tried deleting Form 1099-INT using Forms Mode to allow you re-enter the information?
