Medicaid waiver payment on W2

I got W2 from agency directed for taking care of my disabled daughter through Medicaid waiver payment, and Box 1 and 16 has the payment amount. And I know I should exempt from federal and state tax, since I am living in the same household. However, I couldn't find where in Turbotax to put this amount is for Medicaid waiver payment? Basically, it treats as regularW2 wages and charge federal and state tax.
