Have you entered all your income yet?  You both need to show earned income to get the Child Care Credit.  Be sure each W2 is entered under the right spouse.

You will get this question only if you have not entered earned income for one or both of you, as Volvogirl says. And as Volvogirl says, this can happen when you accidentally don't assign a W-2 to the right spouse.

Once you have taken care of the earned income, you will no longer see this screen but will be able to go through the rest of the dialogue.
