I have completed my taxes, have tried every suggested work-around for this “glitch/bug” in the premium live online, Spent over an hour on the phone with tech support “NO LUCK” Tried everything possible in this forum to get it to file.
Continue to get the Oops, it looks like we’re missing some of your personal information like email you can go back to MyInfo and add that information now.
However, there is no place to add an email to the my info section on your 1040 form. I have cleared my cache, verified emails, checked every entry and nothing. Beyond frustrating that I see entries on this forum dating back 3 years regarding this issue and this is a known bug that has not been fixed. Now I am forced to print and file by mail!! I paid a lot of money for this “premium live online” and am going to be requesting a full refund as your premium program is far from it, in fact it is a premium PIT8…
