I moved to Nevada after retirement, but spouse still works remotely for CA employer. What filing status should we use for our Federal and State filing?

"I moved to Nevada..." Did your spouse also move to NV---you say spouse is "working remotely"----do you mean spouse lives in NV and works remotely for the CA employer?
