Do I file head of Household?

Also, do I claim the children's SS since they are under 18?

You do not enter the kids' SS on your return.  Someday if they have other income from a job, etc. the SS will go on their returns.

You are the custodial parent and have not lived with your spouse for a long time (the last six months of 2019 would be enough) so you should be filing as head of household.  Start off in TurboTax by saying you are filing married filing separately but as you go through the screens and enter the dependents etc. it will eventually offer head of household as your filing status.
