No, you cannot have Head of Household filing status.  When you are married you cannot have lived with your spouse at any time during the last six months of the year to be considered unmarried for tax purposes and then be eligible for HOH.

You can only file your tax return as either Married Filing Jointly or Married Filing Separately.

No, you cannot have Head of Household filing status.  When you are married you cannot have lived with your spouse at any time during the last six months of the year to be considered unmarried for tax purposes and then be eligible for HOH.

You can only file your tax return as either Married Filing Jointly or Married Filing Separately.
