My divorce was finalized on Nov. 22. I had insurance thru the market place for the year. My spouse did not. My name is on the 1095-A as the recipient, but his name is also on it as recipient's spouse's name and both of our social security numbers are on this 1094-A. Do I file this with my taxes and my income, or do I need to add both of our incomes for the year and still file this as being single? If I file as mine my income dropped allot. If I have to file with both of our incomes combined, I may need to repay a portion of it or perhaps all of it. Which one of us files this with our taxes and how should it be filed? Will the whole amount need to be repaid to the market place or just a portion?

Your filing status is based on your situation as of December 31, 2021. Since you were divorced then, you are filing as single and would not include his income anywhere in your return, including when figuring out the Premium Tax Credit for your marketplace health insurance.
If your ex did not receive any health insurance from the marketplace and only you did, you would not need to click the box that says I shared this policy with another taxpayer who's not on my taxes.
